Chair Massage and Osteo Package

Our chair massage is a quick, relaxing treatment performed on a specially designed chair, focusing on the upper body—neck, shoulders, back, arms, and hands. The recipient remains fully clothed, and no oils are used, making it convenient for workplaces, events, or public spaces. Typically lasting 10-30 minutes, it helps relieve tension, reduce stress, and improve circulation, providing an energizing break in a short amount of time.

Group tutoring sessions are perfect for exam prep; palpation or orthopedic assessment skill labs. Up to 10 participants to a max of 4 hours in length.

Group Tutoring (up to 4 hours)

We offer tutoring to massage therapy and manual osteopathy students. We tailor each session to meet the student's needs. We help the learner understand new concepts like palpation, orthopedic assessment, anatomy and physiology. We can support the learner by reviewing and optimizing their use of institutional learning resources, such as Moodle, LMS, textbooks, apps, and other materials, to ensure they are well-prepared for success. Or students can choose to challenge their knowledge and skills with supervised hands on practice with clients in a clinical setting.

60 mins Tutoring

This visit includes a comprehensive head-to-toe orthopedic assessment conducted by a manual osteopath. Please wear or bring comfortable clothing, sports clothing preferred (t-shirt, shorts, sports bra, etc.)
