Sarah is a multi-talented healer and educator - Reiki Master/Teacher, Registered Massage Therapist, and recently graduated honours with distinction with a Diploma of Osteopathic Manual Therapy. She treats the body as a whole, integrating body, mind, and spirit. She focuses on restoring balance through a thorough understanding of how structure influences function. When not taking care of clients or students, you can find her exploring the mountains, recharging in nature with her beloved dog, Honey.
